Ashley did an amazing job at our townhome. He cleaned the carpets (stairs included and every room) thoroughly. He also was very communicative about his arrival time and sent us pictures of his progress throughout his time cleaning! Great job overall!

From start to finish, Ashley was exceptional in scheduling, communication, and service. Our carpets had previously been "cleaned" by another company and you could not tell. The carpet was left a saturated mess and the same stains on the stairs. Not the case with Connecting The Dots. I will be using this company for my future carpet cleaning needs.

CTDS came a cleaned 3 couches, an ottoman, living room carpet and the stairs. Ash was very communicative and open about the process. Ash made sure things were looking brand new after servicing. I will definitely be a long time customer of CTDS for our future needs.

My carpet hadn’t been cleaned in a really long time, but when Ashley was done, it looked absolutely amazing fresh, bright, and like new again!
